Di Lagos State govment condole wit di family of di author and say Govnor Babajide Sanwo-Olu don direct di Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA) to immediately commence thorough, independent, and transparent investigation into di circumstances wey surround di incident, "with a view to unravel di immediate and remote causes of di death".
Special Adviser to di Govnor on Health, Dr Kemi Ogunyemi say in line wit dis directive, HEFAMAA don since commence investigation and don visit di facility involved as part of di ongoing inquiry. Di agency go conduct comprehensive review of all allegations and reports wey relate to di incident.
