Di All Progressives Congress (APC) don win 20 out of di 23 local govment areas for di state LG poll wey happun on Saturday 30 August.
Ruling party for di state wey be di Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), win just three local govment areas, wey be Port Harcourt, Obio Akpor and Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni.
Dis na di first time in di history of Rivers State since 1999, di APC go dey win 20 out of di 23 LGAs of di state.
Chairman RSIEC Dr. Michael Odey announce di winners of di LG election for di commission headquarters for Port Harcourt.
Di APC also win di councillorship election for 20 of di 23 LGAs while di PDP win di same LGAs for di councillorship poll.
RSIEC Chairman Dr. Odey say dem go present certificate of return to all di winners on Monday 1 September.
