Chris nominates the man with a 4x4, who spent several hours rescuing friends and strangers.  Steve saved 51 boats from sinking or floating away, but regrets he was unable to save four.  Steve was turned around several times trying to make it home. He ended up in a rescue centre.  After becoming stranded under a bridge which was beginning to flood, Bettine needed help - and fast.  Kate was heading from Wolverhampton to Swansea with a nine-month-old baby when she became stranded.  After driving back from Heathrow to Malvern, Steve ended up stopping in an emergency centre.
