In a weekend which saw the sacking 解雇 of their manager Juande Ramos and his replacement by Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp, Spurs also recorded their first win in the Premier League this season.

After seeing his side beat Bolton 1-0, new manager Redknapp said he believes the club has the quality to avoid relegation 避免降级 and climb up the table.

At the same time, he said it was difficult to leave Portsmouth, a club with whom he had enjoyed a lot of success, including winning the FA Cup this year.
