Agree with those wondering why in EE married people just re-marry or search for a new spouse without getting a divorce first? (Janine, Roxy etc.) EE writers ARE lazy. Also, I think what happened to Jean is of course Michael's fault, but then it's partly Alfie's fault as well. The man is stupid! He couldn't trust Jean with cooking because no one wanted her "sausage surprise", so he hired someone who is much better a cook than Jean, however he trusted her to be his book keeper! The woman who was giving his money away to everyone when she had one of her "bad days"! Alfie never learns from his mistakes, unfortunately, so don't think being robbed like that will serve him a good lesson. Then there's Derek. EE writers, the script must have a bad guy, but 30 MINUTES PER DAY OF THIS? COME ON!:(

P.S. And Anthony's exit story will be so easy to write - he will run away from Derek! lol

everyone thinks ryan is dead, apart from wit after the whole rob and ryan incident on the pier.. therefore she's classed as a widow(even though she's not)..

Personally I dont like Michael or Derek. Janine really does deserve to be happy after everything. I hope Janine can see Michael for what he really is and kicks him into his own black cab for the EE exit scene. Love seeing feisty Kat coming back too - Kat Slater is breaking through.

I hope Abi chooses Jay, they are soo cute! Alice looks so embaressed by derek, but her and anthony would actually make a really good couple! And Alice looks so pretty in that dress!!!!!

Those of you who want Abi to marry Jay - are you insane? They are very cute, but THE GIRL IS 15! And the boy is not that much older. Jay has lost his Dad, then his "adopted family", the Mitchells, let him down big time. So he is desperate not to let Abi go, as well. But they really should just remain a boyfriend and a girlfriend for now. If they are meant to be, 8 weeks apart won't do anything to them and they will still be together when the time is right for them to get married. I understand why Tanya wants to send Abi abroad - she got together with Max when she was very young, and then had his kids and have seen nothing in her life. She wants a different life for her daughter.

yeah i agree with u, i can`t believe some people encourage teenagers to do such thing and they are the ones condeming EE for some bad story, tell me what will such people write if they were to be the script writers? marriage between teenagers who still don`t know what they want in life? also imagine someone saying kat and jean should leave michael alone when we know the man took advantage of the poor lady so if such person is a writer he/she will let michael go away with this crime while innocent jean will be disrespected in the community, what lesson are we teaching the young or teenage viewers and scon and crime-minded people??????

bethan its still going on but i think i saw stuff on the webcam that was never aired and its why theyve had the story take a backseat so they could re-write scripts lol its back in week 27 - first week of july and will hopefully run on till september

Now Abi and Jay are engaged she can go to Costa Rica because she knows Jay won't find someone else and he knows that she loves him. 8 weeks seems long to people who are only 15/16 (Abi) and 17 (Jay) so it's understandable that neither of them wanted Abi to go.

Well, I did a little research - if someone has disappeared and can't be found anywhere after a while, they are considered dead. However, I don't know how long this "while" should be before Janine can be considered a widow.

And of Course, the problem with Jean is she is ill and sometimes she is just not responsible for her actions, it's something she can't control. Alfie's pub is his job, not his chartiy. If he wants to give Jean job, it should be something she can't mess up. Like cleaning. Look what situation he is in now.

And as for Abi and Jay, getting engaged at 15/16 is just stupid. Seriously, WHY?

P.S And Alfie sure is so clever - so clever he got into trouble in Spain, then he is still so devoted to the woman who is totally not worth it, and trusting his money to a mentally ill person. And he managed to get in trouble with Derek, too, instead of staying away!

I think janine deserves a good husband to keep her under controll but this story line is dragging and is sickening. I dont think michaels the right man and he should tell the truth for once in his life

cant wait for tomorrow's episode, what i really want to happen ( i know it wont ) but i want stacey to come back and give michael a piece of his own medicine, really like jean and janine, my favourite characters, the actress that plays jean is so so good, and i wanna see janine happy and being nice to people, really hope stacey comes back, i miss her she was so great and i think she would be the one that would believe jean and help her BRING BACK STACEY

I really love Janine i think she is brilliant and she will be a brilliant mum but i don't know about Micheal. Hopefully he changes his mind of how he feels now because of the shock of the birth of his baby girl.i hope the baby girl is strong enough to pull through..
