Whoever it is, they need to have enough cash to buy a flat and leave it empty for their meeting place. So, with Max having financial issues, that rules him out even though the 'secret flat' was his style when he had the fling with Stacey. If the flat had been Dereks, he would surely be living there instead of renting from Mo. Jack.... the whole thing seems a little too creepy and underhanded for him. And I also thought Michael had been ruled out. Maybe its Patrick.
