Laurence Williams, Professor of Nuclear Safety at the University of Central Lancashire, Alex Wood, a former Tokyo-based business reporter, and the BBC environment correspondent Richard Black are to give a College of Journalism briefing on the Japan earthquake and its aftermath.
They'll assess the real nature and extent of the nuclear threat, the effect of the disaster on the Japanese economy and how the Japanese people will respond to the disaster.
