BBC Political Correspondent Norman Smith and Paul Johnson, Director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies, are to give a Journalism Programme and BBC Analysis and Research briefing on the upcoming Budget.
The panel, chaired by the BBC's Chief Economics Correspondent, Hugh Pym, will give an overview of the economic and financial situation and provide clues as to what to expect in the Chancellor's announcement on 23 March.
