Oh this is great, thank you so much BHP and auntie beeb! I adore Becoming Human, maybe not as much as Being Human but it'll be good to have a fix of something supernatural after this Sunday's finale. Ease us off gently rather than go cold turkey, eh?

Eeeeeeeeeek!!!!! Sooo excited! Please bring them back next season! Or maybe an inbetween season alternating with being human?

I've been really enjoying Becoming Human, it feels like Season 1 of Being Human, a lightness that contrasts all the darkness of Being Human's third series.

the only thing that can save me from step 4 is the BBC confirming there will be a season 4 before that date.

"We're hoping this is just the start for Adam, Christa and Matt". What gives with the spoiler? So Matt isn't going to cross over then :-(

This is fantastic news. A great example of people power, go us!



Now all we need is to learn that series 4 of BH is being commisioned!

14 - ewan Well you will not be alone. BBC has to give the red light for another series right?

This is absolutely what BBC3 is for - listening to the audience, giving shows a real chance. Being Human has been excellent from the very beginning. The pilot was the first thing on TV I ever wrote to the broadcaster to support, and that campaign certainly worked. Becoming Human is similarly brilliant, although I think it might end up being a similar case to Carey Mulligan's appearance on Doctor Who - great while it lasts, but these people get spotted!

I'd love a proper series, even if it was half hour episodes, that would be good actually.



I love Becoming Human but the episodes are always over before you know it so having it in one sitting will be good, hope it all joins up nicely.



Another advantage of it being on TV is that we don't have to wait for the silly crashy video to work properly :D like this week.

Love the show! Have to say, the American version sucks! Only complaint would be that you don't do more episodes each season.

Is it sad that Becoming Human will be more enjoyable and watchable than US Syfy BH? I'm so happy for the young teen actors they are good and fun. Alot more light in spirit for the storylines. Don't think any OLD ONES are gonna wander their way for any reason. Another drop in of BEING Human characters into their stories would be cute, like G&N or Tom, or Annie to help Matt.



Here in America they first POLL/test audience what will get $$ rating from the people but then go about cranking out crap. They meddle with the art being produced than let the creators and crew do what they do does best provide a quality show.



I will forever be endeared to Adam for his unabashed 'lob ons' towards Annie, getting Mitchell jealous. =D

ITS GOING TO BE ON TV!! This is just prof of how briliant all the BH ppl are.

That's great news, it's a good little series but will never take the place of Being Human. I just hope that this isn't going to become a permanent replacement instead of a new Series 4 !!!!

Here is a thought As the end of being human this year is going to be EPIC no other option really but it's set in 2010 - meaning that the BBC can use the phrase 2 years later. to account for events and then the BcH cast could visit - or at least some of them Matt might have moved on.



It would mean we would have Nina and George would have had to learn some fighting skills and werewolf acceptance of senses.



Fuzzy may or may not be in residence we will see.



It would mean they had been trying for a while to rescue any one who may or may not be stuck in purgatory.



Needing to find a vampire or Ghost willing to help them - both being alive would make entering purgatory hazardous.

i wish both programmes could show all through the year, seriously what am i going to do on boring sunday nights untill the next season ? :(

but would love to see them all next season i hope that becoming human could get their own 50 minute show because they are very short and i love them just as much as being human.

Great news about Becoming Human, hopefully it will be seen by even more people now and it will be great to see it all in one go.



Posted this on twitter about an hour ago (#beinghuman to find it) but I was thinking after I post my review of the finale on my blog, that I could prolong the BH goodness a while longer by having a Mini Awards for Series 3. You could vote on favourite episodes, characters, scenes etc.

I thought it might be an interesting way to keep the discussion going for a couple more weeks at least, plus I am genuinely interested in what people's opinions will be.



What do you bloggers think to this idea? And if I was to do this what categories would you like to vote on?



Hope the official BH blog don't mind me posting something like this, but as I've linked every week and a lot of people from here have been reading (which is very much appreciated by the way) I thought it would be good to gauge opinion on here first.



If blog hits are anything to go by, it looks like Though The Heavens Fall may have been the most popular episode yet.

Yes, I'd love to see this series continue and go on next year. I hope it also makes it onto BBC America or at least BBC America's website, so us U.S fans can watch and relish in the odd appeal that is Adam. He is oddly appealing.

This is awesome news! I cannot wait for the series finale of Being Human, and I'll be able to get my fix of the BH world the following week. I hope that Becoming Human does well on the BBC 3, to the point where a FULL SERIES is commissioned (hint, hint, nudge nudge, yes I'm talking to YOU Ben Stephenson! - lol) Becoming Human could be transmitted during the gap when Being Human isn't on, so we have the show on most of the year round, in effect.



Anyhoo, looking forward to this on the 20th, and the final ep of Being Human on the 13th (which is my birthday, so it'll make a brillo birhtday present.)

YAYYYY! Something to look forward to after we finish Being Human (I don't want it to end!). After sunday's ep and finished, the comfort of the Becoming Human finale will be great. But when Becoming Human is over...not sure what I'll do!!!!

Fabulous news!! Been loving Adam since we met him in episode 2 and he just gets better every week in Becoming Human! Hope that we get a full proper series of the threesome - that would be brill!!

This series is costing me a flipping fortune in mp3 downloads and I've had to buy a bigger player to hold them all! I've just had to download that Detroit Social Club track as I couldn't get it out of my head.

I may even bother to watch it being as I don't have to put up with it streaming badly! Ive been rewatching series 3 and i noticed in The Pack, where wolf shaped buller is written in the attic, its written on the side of a doll house. I think that means the wolf shaped bullet will be someone young, meaning tom or the baby. does anyone knowhow long a wolf's gestation period actually is?

Becoming Human is the best thing since Being Human and Sliced bread, which I had for dinner.



The idea of a second series is absolutely brilliant, although if a second series is coming I do have one negative comment to make...



They are currently too short, a proper sized Becoming Human would be completely, absolutely, utterly ACE!!!!!



I am excited for it! Now I can't wait

Another reason that I hope there will be a series 4 aside from the fact BH (and BcH too) is AMAZING, is that I would miss the blogs. I love the speculation and debates and the way there is a community/family spirit. We all live in different places all over the world but are brought together by a mutual love of something.



Ok, that was a bit soppy but I'm just saying, I love the blogs!

What a brilliant idea. I can see great things happening for Becoming Human. If nothing else it could be a 'Being Human' for young adults. The cast especially Adam are great, can't wait to see all 50 minutes together!

Sorry Ewan, I am more than happy with Becoming Human, and I am not denying that it isn't already brilliant I love it. But you have to admit, longer episodes would be better.

84 - replying back - I was stating that even with longer episodes being human has updates so WHEN becoming human gets commissioned with the longer episodes there would still be a good chance of fresh updates.

Don't underestimate the number of fans of becoming human! I'm sure lots of people (like me!) have been totally addicted from the start, just not commenting! Please do bring it back as a series; the chemistry between adam and christa is fantastic, and a great twist on the being human theme with their age and the murder mystery.



I particularly like the parallels with characters like being human (ie the agraphobic annie = ghost, temper george = ww, sex addict mitchell = vamp) - absolute genius to have bullied fat boy as ghost, awkward teen girl as ww in denial and horny teen boy as vamp!



Both series' have kept me sane in the wealth of rubbish on tv, thank you! Please keep both on our screens...

It's one of those things where it can be said by Adam non stop on the shows, I'm from the US and it really means nothing and is silly. Yet, I get modded for joking about creating T-shirts from Adam's catch pick up phrase to women?

Please make another series! BH and BcH are two of the best shows on the Beeb. The episodes could do with being longer (for BcH) though.
