The preview for next ep says

Which leaves me wondering why Annie is battling Lia?

rentaghost? is that what mitchell says? lol!

I don't know if it's just me, but Annie's really irritating me. I just feel like yelling, "Look, this isn't the right time and place for this." She provides absolutely no reason for what she's doing beyond, "I want to bring justice." I mean...it's the man she loves. Surely she wants to protect him? And something tells me that won't happen inside a prison. Because Herrick is there as a police officer.

If they had all just let Mitchell kill Herrick none of this would have happened, Mitchell was right he would aniallate them.



Mitchell wouldnt have been caught, cos he wouldnt have shown the book to Nancy.



Nina wouldnt have been stabbed.



George wouldnt have to watch Nina in hostipal hopein she will be ok.



Annie wouldnt have found out about the BT20 so she wouldnt have had her heart broken

5 - I hope she doesn't see this as a chance to spend eternity with him with no interference. She seems to be oblivious to what it all would mean to her friends and the rest of the world.

Annie is SO naive!!



Why is she placing her faith in humanity to deal with this the right way?



Even if humanity does have to find out some day, I dont think the best introduction to the supernatural world is via the guy who brutally murdered 20 people!



She's got some kind of blind faith in society's ability to provide Mitchell with a route to redemption. It's reaaallly annoying.



I know Mitchell has acted like a paranoid IDIOT all series and that has really been frustrating for me, but honestly that is just overshadowed by how dumb Annie is being.



And Nina was pretty naive too reporting to the police.



Seems like the 'Threat from within' this series is women?!

Omg this is soo epic!

I wish Mitchell would tell Annie about the WSB, so that she could understand that he WILL get punished appropriately but human jail is not the right way for a vampire to be punished. He needs a supernatural punishment ie. WSB. Annie has got to see the bigger picture, if he told her about the WSB, she might understand.

But it's ok, herrick will probably get Mitchell out of jail. Problem solved, or sort of. More like out if the frying pan and into the fire!!!

@7 I completely agree. Perhaps she feels she's keeping him safe from the wolf-shaped bullet, or that she can spend eternity with him. But she can spend eternity with him outside of prison too.



What annoys me is her apparent naivete to the consequences of her actions. She's starting to act within a bubble that contains just herself and Mitchell. Mitchell's aware of what's going on outside the bubble when he uses the phrase "we" to describe the vampire community to which Annie responds, "The only we is you and me." That's all she sees.

Everything people say about the apocalypse Annie could be bringing down is right, of course. And she knew he'd killed many times before, obviously. But the difference this time could be that she has met the victim and so it's now personal for her. Will she change her perspective when she has it out with Lia face to face? Especially if Lia is only about revenge.

Annie...not sure how I feel about her actions. I guess what she's doing makes sense character wise. I think she values human life a lot, and does whatever she can to protect it/honour it (e.g. when she went all super-ghost on the vampires in s1, and saved the imprisoned "feeders" from being killed.

Dont get me wrong, i love annie, but really, the whole ending i was like annie shut up and let him kill the police, its not like he is saving them cause then herrick goes and kills them. @20 Not loss of morality as such. It's just that we favour some characters above others. Of course, it's harrowing to find yourself wanting Nancy dead, or wanting Mitchell to kill those police officers in the kitchen, but then again, it's for the greater good. If Mitchell killed Nancy (or Herrick, whatever) and the police officers, or if Cooper killed Nancy, it would save the whole world from throwing itself into turmoil. So actually, the path the audience take is more moral than it seems.

If vampires did get exposed. What would they actually show on the news? I mean they can't be seen in photos or videos, you have to see one first hand to believe it.

And as soon as they knew about vampires they'd know about werewolves, they'd know about ghosts. They'd be next and when humanity had finally finished with us it would turn on it's self. First the other religions massively in the minority now. Then the homosexualed the disabled. Do you want to know what the future looks like enforced worship in churches a mile high, and every country surrounded by a coral reef of bones.

In the S3 trailers we saw Annie causing several books to fall of the shelves, surely (hopefully!) something more will come of this?!

@27 But Mitchell did say to her, "I want to be punished, but not like this." Mortal torture, going to prison, the whole lot...that's not punishment. Punishment for him is being locked inside his own head, having to relive the murders, hearing their voices. That's the punishment he needs that he's talking about. To Annie, it's logical and human that he should be imprisoned. She doesn't understand the psychological issues behind it.



And there's no use for her to put on that pained expression while she's "punishing" him, as if she's saying, "This is harder for me than it is for you." She can punish him in a lot of other ways.



And yes, it is Mitchell's fault, he did kill those people and that was wrong, but it was grief driven after the death of Ivan. Everyone does stupid things after they've lost someone they love. Vampires just...go the extra mile.

Ok- so here's the thing.

1. Lia and Annie having to battle for her soul. WHY? What has Annie done? I've been trying to think about why Lia wants revenge on Annie and I came up with this-does all this somehow go back to Owen?



2. Mitchell and punishment- because he has said he wants to be punished, this is bound to go against all the vampirey code with the Old Ones. This is aside from Annie's SPECTACULAR misjudgement in the clip.I just can't see how we are going to pull fluffy bunnies out of the aht on this one.



3. Nina telling George she'd dobbed in his best friend. She says she didnt want to tell George what she'd done because she knew 'George would take his side' WHAT?? She's basicaly told him she doesn't give a * * for his friend, no matter what. Its now like we're talking a bit of a tiff, here. How niaeve and spiteful could she be. Can't see this working out at all. AND she's only feeling a bit sorry about what she said becaouse she thinks he didnt do it???? Its worse than a school playground, its all so immature, ladies.Shame on you.

Annie's problem with the whole Mitchell thing is that she herself is a victim of a ruthless killer and she thought that she found someone completely different in him. I can understand her even if it is all a bit short sighted of her.

@44 I don't think that at all. She knows who each of Mitchell's victims are, they're people to her. She's experienced what they've experienced (by that I mean death, not a vampire attack.) And I don't think she sees herself as a victim. She accepts Mitchell knowing that he used to be a killer, but she thinks he's reformed. She brushes under the carpet every time that he tries to tell her the truth, and perhaps that's because she doesn't want to know the truth. She wants to live in her own little fantasy, and she continues in her fantasy world by imposing her childish version of justice upon Mitchell, as if she's still living in that perfect world.



The sign of a perfect partner is being able to accept your other half for the faults they not only had in the past, but the faults they have now. Mitchell would never commit the BT20 massacre now, at the present moment. Because he's changed and she refuses to acknowledge that.

Here is an IMPORTANT fact quite a lot of you have forgotten Mitchell has been trying to get the old Herrick back. Encouraging him to feed at one point leaving Nancy in the attic to be eaten by him.

Nina advised him to stay appalled at the situation as his way of not giving in to the dark side.



Mitchell has a lot to answer for.

Havent seen ep7 yet, tonight's treat. Have been generally irritated by tone of blogs throughout this series though. Mitchell is almost the WHOLE point of being human, someone struggling against their demons, not always succeeding but getting up every day and keeping on trying to be something they perceive as better i.e human. If you cant sympathise with him , why watch? Everyone else in it bar George and Herrick is irritating beyond all measure

Like Nina - killing Lucy was an attractive option - but not Herrick who her boyfriend had already killed anyway- assisted by Annie?



I'm really hoping Lord Toby can resolve all this!

Yes, Mitchell needs punishing, but this isn't the way to do it! She's not looking at the bigger consequences and repercussions this decision will lead to; for Mitchell and George, the whole point of getting a house together and living in normal society was a way of becoming human. The whole concept will be blown out of the water if vampire (and, as a result, werewolf) existence is made public.



Yes, Nina was perhaps wrong to give Mitchell's name in to the anonymous hotline, but can you blame her?! It's obvious that those two were never best buddies anyway, but knowing that you are living in a house with a mass murder who kept a scrap book of his victims... well, you'd be pretty scared - especially as he was lying to their faces the entire time.



Finally, yes, I do think BHProd should set up a BH Anonyomous to help us cope with the aftermath of the series finishing! It's all so intense and emotionally draining!! :P

ps. I'm not Annie 'bashing', she's just fustrating me and the moment. Quite a lot actually :/

Am I the only one missing Nancy already? I developed a bit of a crush on her. I guess since she's bin massacred, it's 2 much 2 hope she'll return as a vamp ;o) As a bit part she was ace! Mitchell is my overall fav, although they r all gr8t really.

Had to write it a bit quicker than the others so I hope it is ok, it was a hard one to write actually with just so much stuff going on! We've been waiting for Annie to find out and Herrick to turn bad again so I'm impressed with how the writers still managed to make it so compelling despite us knowing it had to happen at some point. A cracking episode. And Nina better pull through, I have really loved her this year.

I can imagine the posts on here at 10pm next Sunday will make no sense at all, as we'll all be a complete emotional reck!

A 'BH Anonyomous' is definatly in order. Maybe they could supply survival packs to members, which include things like partyrings, tissues, 12-step plan guidebook ...

Everyone is complaining about their day. I work with a being human convert who has to wait till he visits Wales to see the last 4 episodes in a fortnight. That means I am going crazy trying to work out how this will come to an end. whist having to keep my mouth shut as I am a good person.



That is Hell.

A few people have commented on why humanities reactions to vampires and werewolves would be bad.

I'm keeping the faith. At the moment I can't see how Annie will wisen up but I'm sure that, like Nina, she'll come round to another way of thinking in the end. Some of her finest moments have been with George (going to the funeral parlour, in the facility), so I'm hoping he can set her straight.



If she has to battle with Lia for her soul, it sounds like the penny drops at some point.

In all fairness, to give the devil its due, in a max security jail, no werewolf can enter isnt it! I have considrede A agenda, as either she is stupid or she is evil, what if she was simply trying to save her parner life. Because she was in purgatory, she would have known that Lia has announced the WSB. She may not know L agenda , but she may have overheard that M is going to get got. And having him safe in jail is a way to save him.

But M cant saty in jail because the world is not ready for learning that we are surrounded by ghosts and vampires and whatnot? Possibly as I type there is a ghost above my shoulder and guardian angels are real etc etc. Her agenda is keep in safe and no more killing because, it means a lot to pay on the "other side"

So M will get out, thanks H and we know H agenda is to free the beasts, stop humanity from minding the shop.

Then M out so is the WSB. Who must be Lia because she has an axe to grind. But who will be killed , M is dead already , what is left is what? ...his soul! M going back to the dark side! Next season 4 starting "in a galaxy far far away..."

Seriously? People. Leave Annie alone! I can understand what she is doing and why. Don't you think it would be a bit out of character if she decided Mitchell should get away with what he has done? You know she cares for people and puts herself in others shoes. She's a loving person. She put a blanket over Sasha when she was sleeping, made sure Wendy got a tissue in the car. Annie is thinking about all the people who Mitchell murdered (I would like to stress the word murder here) and is thinking about all those families who lost someone in horrific circumstances.

I LOVE Mitchell don't get me wrong, but you're treating Annie like she's the one whose mass murdered. Vampire or not, he killed all those people.



I didn't even get half way through these comments. I don't want Mitchell to be exposed, or any of them for that matter. But Annie is sticking by what she believes in. We should be respecting her for that. Not bashing her over the head for it.

I cant believe the blind hatred for Annie on here, its uncalled for.

She's sticking by the man she loves, and unlucky for some he's sticking by the girl he loves. If Mitchell wanted to be free he would be out of there in 30 seconds. Dont get me wrong, I love him too - but blaming Annie for the situation he has allowed himself to get into is not right! Right up until he physically HAD to tell the truth he was ready to run. When he said found McNairs body and was about to leave he only confessed to her because she already knew. Yes, allowing him (not forcing him, if he wanted to gorge on cops he could do so very easily) to be arrested is not taking into account the repercussions of his capture - but we know he's not staying inside!



I am the first to say how crappy it is the way Annie is always portrayed as some ditzy fool - they are kind of doing it again right now. I fully believe that it all comes down to her saving the day on Sunday. If not, if she really has just been a girly bit part in all of this, then its (and I hate to say it) Lord Toby I'll have the issue with. Not Annie.



Sorry for the rant, but erm yeah - I LOVE ANNIE!

86 - it means she doesn't. She is saying that even something as consistant and obvious as the sky being blue (it always blue - i mean, it's not green or yellow or something) she would have to check. That's how deep her mistrust runs.



Oh Annie...I do love you but why, WHY can't you see this is the wrong decision! I think Mitchell needs to tell her about the WSB. Whether this would change her mind or not I don;t know but she needs to know that her time with him is severly limited. Anyway, I think Herrick will be the one to get him out.



I think the reason Lia set Annie and Mitchell's relationship going is so that he will be punished even worse. I mean, if he has someone that he loves, then leaving will hurt even more. This would ultimately achieve Lia's revenge even better.



Oh dear...it is so killing to have to wait until sunday but at the same time, I don't want sunday to arrive because then it will mean no more Being Human for a year, if there is a series 4 that is and if there isn't then no more Being Human EVER! I'm not sure I could cope :(
