Just a quick question, but I rewatched series 2 a little while ago and wondered if anyone knew what the German (expressionist) film is that George takes Kirsty to see? Is it a real film or made up? I know it has lots of clowns in it!

That was very funny - I hope the rest of the show will be interlaced with this type of humour.

There was a fair bit of filming going on down at the cafe so I'd think we might get alot of scenes there throughout S4. I found out that the dogfight scenes in S3 were filmed in my local abandoned swimming pool which is ,again , only 5mins from my house.

Bearing in mind that Federico Fellini films THE CLOWNS was funded by german funds apparently from what I read on a French website

OK there is some worry that we won't get a S5 because of BBC3 cutbacks. Well had a look at BARB site for viewing figures for top 30 performers :



Being Human averages 1.23m per episode

The Fades had 0.87m for first episode then doesn' show for remainder of series

Lip Service didn't show up in the top 30 at all



I know that you need to take account of what the shows are up against, etc but going purely on the figures we're miles ahead of the other two.



So unless S4 is a disaster viewing figures wise, I don't think we'll be the one to go *fingers crossed* ?:^}

I actually adore Tom and his oh so adorable bambi eyes!! Got a feeling Michael Socha is gonna be incredible in S4 and I cant wait! He's very underestimated and I think this is gonna be his time to shine and he's gonna do a great job!



Loved the flashbacks in this prequel, I loved McNair and wish he could have stuck around a bit longer but then it wouldnt have given Toms character more opportunity to develop. The humour in this was spot on and I look forward to more Tom in S4! Bring on the werewolves =)

As there was a discussion on the German film "Der Tod des Unterhaltungskünstler" earlier on it's very tempting to contribute. Alas, I cannot.

Apart from that it means "The death of the entertainer" which you already figured out yourselves, I haven't found anything on such a film. So as some of you already said, it's probably a figment of LTs imagination.

Also for the Hal Prequel we got to comment for 4 days before a new Blog. So it is sadly quite possible that we may have to wait till Friday before the Trailer and Date.

63. Mancvamp, it's abt 20 mins by train to Cardiff. I stayed in Barry last summer and paid a visit to Honolulu Heighst!!!

I wonder why the announcement date has been postponed? Clearly our Blog Mistress was expecting to make an announcement on.. erm when was it now - Monday the 9th? Full Moon. Something afoot maybe... Usually a trailer falls just before the 9pm programme on BBC3.

But for the start of series 4: I think that we will start series 4 after the birth of Fuzzy and that Nina will have already died in childbirth - like Ruby said. I also think that grief-stricken George won't really have any interest in Fuzzy and will be bitter and angry. So Annie is literally left 'holding the baby'

But, in the pics that we've been given, George is sitting in the café, that seems to play such a central location in Series 4 - but why? Why would George be sitting in that café in Cardiff. (Was the BH hospital supposed to be in Cardiff btw?) And why on earth would George, who is Jewish, be brandishing a cross along with a stake?

SciFiNow is out and Ive just read all about S4 - They are all on the front cover. it sounds as though it will be good - different - but really good.



I think I understand now why there were no blogs since September. They were trying to keep it quiet about George and Nina not being in it and to give us a chance to get over the previous series.



With both George and Nina gone, this season is going to feel like starting again. Although I am really sorry about George, especially not being in the next season it does give the writers the option to, I suppose, start again and go in almost any direction they like.



Hope we get an air date soon - I'm really looking forward to this.



In the articel Toby says we, the fans, always get upset at the changes but in the end we are usually happy with the way things have gone.



I am positive I will be this time as well.
