Ok time for a re watch ............

This episode was fantastic. There are so many cliff-hangers I can't wait until next Sunday now to see what happens!

That was the best episode EVER! Herrik is my favourite and it was wonderful to see him back to his evil, vindictive self and brilliantly played by Jason! Now just need to figure out how to make time go by quicker so it can be next Sunday and the conclusion of this amazing series and then the wait fot series 4(please please please!). Seriously I cannot fault any of the actors in Being Human and if this is the finale (next week) then thank you from the bottom of my heart for an amazing 3 years and you can be sure I will be watching anything any of you are attached to. (but please make a series 4, please, please, please, please!)

Aidan Turner was simply wonderful this week. What a fantastic actor. He's going to be a megastar.

One thing,s for sure, Lord Toby was spot on, the "heavens" have certainly fallen. This episode could have been the season cliffhanger, what could possibly be coming next week? I'm completely floored! Adrenaline high for the next 7 days.Thank you BH team!!!

Those last 10 minutes seemed like a life time, I was sitting with my hands over my mouth for all of them.

I can't wait for next week.. but in other ways I can.

Just amazing ending again. Nina better not die. That scene was so intense though, this series has just been so unpredictable. You think you know where it's going and then it throws something else at you! Great acting from all involved tonight.

Herick recruiting an army of police men to rain down hell upon the world will the photos be dystroyed in time?



Nina has to survive the question is will the little cub?



McNair is dead but Tom is still around and you know how he can get so how mental will he get?



Daisy Daisy dead it's a shame but true, No perfume scene. We still cams close to it with Nina suspecting something from the way George spoke of her.



Still the question is Retribution from overseas to come, there has to be a forth season for that alone.



The scene with George and Mitchell in the cage Does this mean we get an extra full moon one thing is for sure if #AWholeWeek dosen't start trending with #beinghuman on twitter I will be surprised.

Herrick to save the day!

Was anyone else glad Herrick was back properly by the end? He may be evil and possibly even the devil but you get the feeling that he knows how to sort things out and that he'll be the one to get Mitchell out of custody (although what awaits him after that...).

Mitchell thinks he knows what he's doing but events until now have shown otherwise!

What an episode!.....soooo many twists and turns...it was exciting, nerve wrecking and...yes, a wee bit upsetting all at the same time. Can Jason Watkins get any better....what an actor! sad to see the demise of McNair....but nice bum there Robson may I say......and he killed Daisy!



Hats off to all bloggers who spotted Cooper as a vampire...I was fooled by his seemingly inability to see or respond to Annie...

God Damn Nina! If you hadn't of said anything and if either mitchell hadn't of done it or had burnt the book straight away this would have never happened! OMG I AM SO NOW HAPPY ABOUT THIS!





The world is collapsing around them, and the heavens are falling. My summary of the characters current states:



*Nina - Is dead or dying, possibly lost the baby



*George - Ok but when he finda about nina its gunna drive him insane, Plus he's got mitchell to worry about.



*Mitchell - In prision, blank photo has been taken, the secrets coming out and his world is falling apart around him.



*Annie - Basically confused and thinks its the right thing but with nina and Herrick have destroyed everthing and done something no-one wanted to happen.



*Herrick - Gone on a killing spree, possibly killed nina, realised who he was and basically ****** up everything.

I think I mentioned in a previous post somewhere that I didn't see George and Nina with a baby. I think sadly the baby won't survive....not sure about Nina, though.



Finally Mitchell said "I love you" to Annie



Do you think Herrick will give the "curse" to Nancy? or will she be a ghost in next week's episode? she's listed as a character...so she must appear somehow!

In a word: Perfection

In two words: Being Human.

Annie so knew that it was Mitchell from the start of the episode and possibly before. Does she think he'll go off to jail or a science lab and she'll be there to hold his hand of an evening? She's sweet and loyal and brave and honest but man she's misguided!

Revelations Werewolves don't have that drumming heartbeat according to Vampires.

38 Nancy was still moving a wee bit when Herrick was bending over her so could mean she's been recruited. If she was a ghost would we have seen her standing over her own body?

Well. There we have it. Another absolute genius of an episode. And I thought it couldn't get any better.



Everything was just spot on. Why Annie got Mitchell to give himself up I have no idea. Was it just to prove to her that he loved her? I wonder if he will now.



What will happen when George finds out about Nina? Hoping she'll wake up and tell them it was Herrick not Mitchell. Hope that Nancy is a vampire! That should prove interesting.



Well done BH team...you were utterly, utterly wonderful tonight. Now...is it next Sunday yet?

Annie: No words for her. She and Nina think they are doing the right thing. Mind you...nobody is ever doing the right thing in honolulu Heights! is one bad decision after the other...the bad judgement Jesus!

Annie, Annie you should have just let the vampire recruit Nancy Drew, it would have been SO much neater. Instead there's now a whole house full of dead police, which sooner or later somebody is going to notice! What a mess.

I really don't get how Annie is now responsible for everything when Mitchell killed those people on the train. It all started with him.

I was actually a bit disgusted by his behaviour in this episode. He really thought he got away and was safe.

I was so sad when M gave up the fight with the policemen but also kind of happy that he did it because of Annie...if it makes sense...

One thing I thought should be said is that Lia, in the next week clip, seemed a lot less on top of things then she did previously, so I'm definatly thinking that their a lot less organised and all know as they seem to be.

I'm beyond coherent words and thoughts I'm afraid... half an hour later and I'm still in shock! I don't want anything to happen to our Awesome Foursome!!! :'(



Lord Toby - don't get me wrong, we all love you to bits, but that? That was really, REALLY mean! Even more so than the series 1 penultimate cliffhanger!

Wow, I can finally breathe that episode was all kinds of awesome. Exceptional work from all the cast members. Nina see what happens when you do something without thinking of the consequences, silly woman. She should never have trusted Herrick. Hope she's ok though. Oh Annie sweet Annie, I understand her trying to do the right thing but she had to realize that they aren't normal beings, they have a secret to protect. Loved George's reaction to Nina's confession. He is so protective of his friend, but going by next week's preview, my heart will break for these two. Herrick is so deliciously evil, love it. How sweet, now we know how much Annie and Mitchell love each other, Ughhh, have to wait till next week, can't wait.

Literally cant process everything thats happened in this episode!! WOW!!!!! Utterly breath taking and had me on the edge of my seat!!



Cant believe McNair got killed, he was really forming to be an incrediable character! R.I.P McNair, you will be sadly missed (esp by me). Hated the character of Nancy, dunno what it was about her but I really hope she doesnt come back as a vampire!



Annie, what the hell have you done girl? How can you forgive Mitchell so easily! I can understand her logic (kinda) but c'mon! You've practically killed him by making him hand himself over to the cops!

To be honest I expected more from Annir this series but shes been a let down. Ever since Sykes helped her step up a gear it seemed that she would be stronger, but she's been quite ineffective this series. I really thought we get more out of her.

23- Let's not rush to judgement. Annie was being true to her character, just as Nina was, and George and Herrick everyone reacted as they did because of who they are. I pray it's because of what Mitchell did for Annie (at her request) that he'll be saved! On earth and in purgatory. He was truly repentant and he was thinking about the consequences the exposure will have on humanity. He doesn't even he know that Herrick has been unleased to further carry out his diabolic world domination plans.

I was on Team Mitchell for series one and two, but this time round, I wanted him to get caught. I think he's just a bad person, being a vampire doesn't have much to do with it. I don't think he ever felt truly guilty about the box tunnel massacre, he just felt scared about the possible consequences.

At the end of next week's episode the wee voice over-y woman will come on and say 'And Being Human returns in the New Year'. Then we heave a collective sigh of relief and break out the party rings.

Revelation 2. Werewolves turn human when they die.

@beatrice - the problem with Annie, and Nina for that matter is that neither of them is seeing the 'big picture'.



If Mitchell is arrested then the human world finds out about vampires. All Hell will be let loose. AND do we seriously think that having discovered a real, actual vampire the authorities won't want to take a good long look at his house mates? Once vampires stop being secret werewolves will follow and we know how well that turned out with CENSSA. George was right, exposing Mitchell puts them ALL at risk.

I sort of agree that we are biased. We want Mitchell to be redeemed. I guess that think there is hope for him. He's the most tortured of all the characters and we got to like him somehow. I wshi the writers didn't try so hard for us to dislike Mitchell. I was re-eatching S1 and Mitchell had issues, but also, he showed he could be selfless and a very good friend.



However, I can't stop myself from thinking that we keep judging Mitchell by human standards. The supernatural world is much more violent. Vampires have a special relationship with death, they are predators, they do not have the same moral values.

Im a huge Mitchell fan but I can honestly say, he's brought all of this on by himself!! Hes responsible for everything and has dragged Annie, George and Nina into it all and he really needs to pay for his actions!!



Amazing acting in tonight episode. One question though, that I think someone else touched on...My lovely McNair was killed but it takes a silver bullet to kill a werewolf, well, when their in wolf mode but would a normal knike kill him when he's in human form on the verge on a turn? Hmmmmmmmm 'Something to ponder' as Herrick would say

I know Herrick seemed to be holding the knife when he was wolfy but I'm remembering S1 when Herrick said he would send people out in the morning to get George when he would be weak after the change. What I love about this programme is that the acting, writing and production make you forget you are watching a programme about werewolves, ghosts and vampires and you just get so emotionally involved with the people.

Theme seemed to be "justice must be done though ..." - that's Annie's weak point - but she has a very pure version of "justice"? I think Purgatory had more of an effect on her than she realised?

An intense, twisty-turny heart racing terrific episode. I spent the last 20 minutes on the edge of my seat, my eyes wide, my heart pounding.



Fantastic writing, amazing performances (especially Aidan and Lenora...just incredible!!) and just all around brilliance. I'm struggling to process what happened and i will definitely need to re-watch but oh my God!!!



I said that the penultimate episode would be a doozy and i totally called it.



The finale looks stunning.

beatrice [46] - I agree. Mitchell's behaviour annoyed me A LOT this episode. I understand why vampires can't get caught by police, but the fact that he was willing to let Herrick murder Nancy? Grrr, I was swearing at him until he redeemed himself SLIGHTLY by getting her out.



Being as Herrick was back in the police uniform at the end there (before he did that horrible, horrible thing to Nina), could he be Mitchell's 'get out of jail free' card????



Also, the preview at the end of the episode - was that George and Mitchell in the cage? It pains me to say it, but what if George is driven to that after Nina *gulp* dies? :'( The only thing is, it might seem a tad predictable if George turned out to be the werewolf-shaped bullet. Maybe it will ultimately be Tom? I hope we won't have to have off-the-rails George again though - I really didn't like that side of him :(



Another contributing factor to Nina's possible death, didn't Sinead - at the end of filming - tweet that it was the last BH 'ever'? I really hope not :'(

Annie really really annoyed me!!! i cannot stand this "if you love me, you'll do it" nonsense its NOT ALWAYS ABOUT YOU! Look at the bigger picture!!!! is it bad that I wanted M to kill all those police officers in the kitchen, I dont know where this bloodlust have come from, I think it was my anger towards Annie... i hope (sheepish grin)

You can't really hate Herrick because as mentioned the Vampires are predators, they can't help it. Look at Carl in the first series. He lived with his lover for years and had been off the blood for over 20 + years but he still couldn't hold back the thirst and killed somone he really loved. Maybe the vampires don't get redemption!?!

I don't care if Mitchell is moral or not, he's just brilliant.

91 - Werewolves are alive so they can just die. Vampires are dead they can be dystroyed there in lies a difference.

Mitchell is such a complex character...and we have to thank the fantastic acting of Aidan Turner for making us all think and argue about him. I think he is genuinely troubled about his actions in the Box Tunnel and wants to have some sort of retribution...but he also doesn't want 'the world' to find out about vampires because of the consequences. And yes, part of the complexity is that he also wants to run and hide from what he's done.



Don't know about Nancy being recruited as a vampire....would Herrick have been thinking of that as his first kill in ever so long?

As already mentioned here Annie has been a let down in this series. She has not shone through like the end of series 2 seemed to sugest.

Can't work out Annie's mind at all? to implicate Mitchell in anyway wasn't going to have a positive outcome (and I really thougt he'd made up Daisy's surname lol) and if she was going to stay with him if he handed himself in why was he in the police car and cell by himself?? (I'm about to break into a chorus of stand by your man here) what does she think will happen to someone like Mitchell in custody ???? Thank god Herrick will get him out, but then he'll have power over him again.

Also raises the question what percentage of the police force is actually Vampire?? and are all of them in senior positions?
