Je vois des élèves qui prennent leur déjeuner à la cantine dans une école. Ce n’est pas en France, c’est en Grande-Bretagne, parce qu’ils portent un uniforme. Je pense qu’ils vont manger des légumes. Il y a un homme qui porte un chapeau et qui sert les repas. À mon avis, les élèves dans ce collège ont de la chance et je voudrais manger à la cantine sur la photo, car la nourriture semble être délicieuse et bonne pour la santé.

I see pupils who are getting their lunch in a canteen in a school. It’s not in France, it’s in Britain, because they’re wearing a uniform. I think that they’re going to eat vegetables. There’s a man who’s wearing a hat and serving the meals. In my opinion, the pupils in the school are lucky and I would like to eat at the canteen in the photo, because the food looks delicious and healthy.

Oui, j’aime la nourriture de la cantine dans mon collège parce que c’est assez bon. Hier, par exemple, j’ai mangé des frites, qui étaient délicieuses. Cependant, il n’y a pas beaucoup de gâteaux, c’est dommage.

Yes, I like the food in the canteen at my school because it’s quite good. Yesterday, for example, I ate some chips which were delicious. However, there aren’t a lot of cakes which is a shame.

Hier soir je suis allé au restaurant chinois car c’était mon anniversaire. J’ai mangé du poulet et du riz et après on a mangé du gâteau. C’était excellent et j’aime ce restaurant. Je voudrais retourner pour mon anniversaire l’année prochaine.

Last night we went to a Chinese restaurant because it was my birthday. I ate chicken with rice and afterwards we ate some cake. It was excellent and I like this restaurant. I would like to return for my birthday next year.

Samedi midi, je vais manger de l’agneau avec des pommes de terre et des carottes. Je vais aussi manger du pain, du fromage, et des fruits. En plus, je vais boire de l’eau et peut-être une limonade parce que c’est ma boisson préférée.

For lunch on Saturday, I’m going to eat lamb with potatoes and carrots. I am also going to eat bread, cheese and some fruit. On top of that I am going to drink water and perhaps lemonade because it is my favourite drink.

J’aime la cuisine italienne, comme par exemple les pizzas et les pâtes. J’adore aussi le chocolat parce que c’est super bon. Je n’aime pas beaucoup les légumes, mais j’aime les fruits et je mange une pomme ou une banane tous les jours.

I like Italian food, like pizza and pasta for example. I also love chocolate because it is so tasty. I don’t like vegetables very much, but I like fruit and I eat an apple or a banana every day.
