Protest due over schools threat
Protest
There have already been protests against the closure plans
Pupils and parents are to hold a march as consultations continue over plans to close or merge up to a dozen Aberdeen primary schools.

Aberdeen City Council has said it wants to spend money educating pupils instead of maintaining ageing buildings at a time when school rolls are falling.

Pupils and parents from Donbank and St Machar schools are marching on Wednesday night ahead of a meeting.

Those with concerns about Victoria Road school were given a say on Tuesday.
