School plans discussed by parents
A consultation process has been launched to allow parents to say what should happen to 16 primary schools involved in a merger plan.

Shropshire County Council dropped plans to shut 22 schools earlier this year, but is now looking at a number of mergers instead.

Documents outlining the proposals for each school were being published from Monday morning.

People will have the next six weeks to comment on the council's plans.
