Elderly and disabled bus pass users in Shropshire have fewer free services after the council cut concessions to save money.
Those eligible for concessionary travel will now not be able to travel for free until after 0930 on most routes.
They will now also have to pay for the Shrewsbury park and ride.
Conservative-run Shropshire Council aims to save £76m between now and 2014. These cuts will save more than £235,000, a spokesman said.
