The Rolling Stones brought a 200-strong entourage with them to help their Isle of Wight Festival slot go off with a bang. Tens of thousands of music fans descended on the town of Newport for the three-day festival. The Fratellis brought hits like Chelsea Dagger to the festival. Snow Patrol singer Gary Lightbody led his band as they headlined the festival's first night. Festival-goers enjoyed fine weather over the weekend - and this display by the Red Arrows on Saturday. Amy Winehouse performed songs from her second album Back to Black. Folk singer Donovan provided a reminder of the festival's 1960s roots.
