Guernsey's States-owned airline is promising to take on and beat its competitors despite what it sees as a damaging competition ruling by the Transport Board. Last week the Board ruled in favour of allowing Flybe to compete with Aurigny on the Manchester route.
Aurigny managing director Malcolm Hart said the Board's decision was "very disappointing".
But he said it showed the Board was not biased towards his company.
Even before this latest development Aurigny was facing competition on the Jersey to Guernsey route.
He argued allowing Flybe onto the Guernsey to Manchester link would not benefit islanders in the long-term.
