Cook constituents pay tribute

Members of Robin Cook constituency in Livingston have been paying tribute to the former foreign secretary.

Mr Cook died after collapsing while walking in the Scottish Highlands near Ben Stack. He was 59.

He had easily won the seat in May's general election, which saw Labour returned to power for a third term.
