TXU Energi Challenge Cup fourth round draw takes place on Monday (1730 GMT)

Wath Brow and Halton Simms Cross will fly the flag for amateur sides in round four of the TXU Energi Challenge Cup.

Wath Brow recorded the first upset of the weekend by beating Workington Town 13-12 on Friday night.

Then Halton Simms Cross joined them in the last 32 by sending London Skolars spinning to a 15-8 reverse on Sunday.

The Skolars, adjusting to life as semi-professionals, led 8-7 at halftime thanks to Jake Johnstone's try and two goals but saw their hopes crumble after the break.

Carl Rudd landed the all-important drop goal as Wath Brow edged through to a possible meeting with one of 12 Super League clubs.

They could also come up against the last-remaining French club in the fourth round.

Perpignan-based Union Treiziste Catalan predictably overcame struggling Gateshead while compatriots Toulouse, Villeneuve and Pia all fell at the first hurdle.

Toulouse lost 26-10 at Salford, Pia were soundly beaten 28-18 at Hunslet while Villeneuve were sunk by a last-minute try from Featherstone winger Adrian Flynn.

The Leopards, who reached the last eight two years ago, looked set for another cup run when they overturned a 21-6 deficit.

But Carl Briggs tied the scores with his second drop goal eight minutes from time and Flynn raced over to snatch victory.

Frederic Bosc kicked six goals and winger Gilles Mendez scored two tries as UTC saw off Gateshead 38-4.
