| Friday, 14 February, 2003, 13:18 GMT Ehiogu targets Leeds game ![]() Ehiogu leaves the field after clashing with Friedel Middlesbrough defender Ugo Ehiogu aims to make a Premiership comeback against Leeds United at Elland Road on 15 March. The former Aston Villa player has been out of action with broken ribs and a punctured lung after colliding with Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Brad Friedel on New Year's Day. "Because of my injuries it even hurts coughing or laughing," said Ehiogu. "I have started training but it is almost like going through pre-season training again. It has been very frustrating." Ehiogu plans to see a specialist next week when he hopes X-rays will reveal that his injuries have healed. |
