Beard hails Margate win
Margate's Leon Braithwaite
Braithwaite's penalty sealed the win for Margate
Margate midfielder Simon Beard said his side were worthy of their FA Trophy win over Worcester, despite scoring two goals against the run of play.

Margate reached the last 16 thanks to second-half goals from Beard and Leon Braithwaite, who smashed home a penalty after Phil Collins was brought down.

But the goals came after the Dr Martens Premier Division side had dominated the first half.

"They are a good side with a little bit of money and some experienced players," Beard told BBC Radio Kent.

"We knew what we were up against and they made it tough for us. People say it was a bit of robbery at the end, but we have come away with a win."
