| Saturday, 14 December, 2002, 19:04 GMT Kidderminster 1-2 York York reeled off their fourth straight league win thanks to a goal four minutes from time from Lee Nogan which left Harriers without a victory in six games. The Minstermen had gone in front on 22 minutes when Michael Reddy crossed to Peter Duffield, who laid the ball back for Stephen Brackstone to fire home. The hosts were reduced to 10 men after 38 minutes when striker Drewe Broughton was dismissed for appearing to elbow Jon Parkin. Two minutes later they drew level when Andy Bishop burst clear and beat Alan Fettis. However, Nogan ran on to a fine throughball from Graham Potter and coolly flicked the ball over Stuart Brock to seal the points. Kidderminster: Brock, Coleman, Ayres, Hinton, Bennett, Melligan, Parrish, Flynn, Shilton, Bishop, Broughton. Subs: Foster, Henriksen, Danby, Ducros, Joy. York: Fettis, Edmondson, Parkin, Brass, Hobson, Potter, Brackstone, Bullock, Duffield, Reddy, Nogan. Subs: Cowan, Cooper, Wood, Fox, Collinson. Referee: P Taylor (Hertfordshire) |
