Sebastien Grosjean became one of the most unpopular men in south London last year when he was responsible for dashing Tim Henman's hopes.

The Frenchman enjoyed a stunning run, which was eventually ended by Mark Philippoussis in the semi-finals.

The fleet-footed Frenchman is one of the most naturally talented players on tour - a fine volleyer with stunning reflexes and fabulous court coverage.

And he looks in form having reached the final at Queen's.

He showed no signs of the virus which hampered his French Open preparations.

He struggled to recapture his best form, having been laid low with illness during the Monte Carlo Masters, and lost to qualifier Potito Starace in the second round at Roland Garros.

He began this year by reaching the quarter-finals of the Australian Open and followed that with last-16 appearances at Miami and Indian Wells.

Staying fit is Grosjean's biggest challenge and this year he withdrew from the Australian Open with a pulled muscle before a virus forced him out of the Davis Cup tie against Switzerland.
