There has been mixed fortunes for Guernsey's athletes at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Pune.

Tennis player Heather Watson is through to the quarter-finals of the girls' singles after beating Amritha Muttiah of Sri Lanka 6-1,6-3.

But Alice Loveridge has been knocked out of the table tennis by England's Karen Le Fevre.

Loveridge failed to capitalise on her early lead and eventually lost the match 4-1.
