Northampton's Stephen Myler 'trusts in his ability'
Myler has scored nearly 900 points for Saints since 2006
Northampton Saints fly-half Stephen Myler says hard work has helped him find his kicking consistency.
The 26-year-old scored 13 points as Saints beat Cardiff Blues 23-15 in the Heineken Cup.
Myler told BBC Look East: "Hard work, and kicks going over, give you confidence. You trust in your ability and your team-mates help you achieve.
"It helps you enjoy it when you're winning. We're on a run of victories and it's nice to keep that going."
Saints are unbeaten in their last 10 matches in all competitions.
Saints were prepared for Cardiff - Myler
Myler says the squad are better prepared to achieve success in 2010/11, having been beaten in the Heineken Cup quarter-final by Munster, and Saracens in the Premiership semi-final, last season.
"We're a year older. After what we went through last year, falling short gives you that experience," Myler said.
"We're always trying to learn and we keep the hard work going."
