Gloucester give Jonny May and Jordi Pasqualin new deals
May and Pasqualin have both played for England Under 20s
Gloucester Academy's 20-year-old backs Jonny May and Jordi Pasqualin have earned senior contracts at the club.
May, a centre, and Pasqualin, a scrum-half, have both played for the England Under 20 side this season.
"Both of them are coming through really well," Gloucester head coach Bryan Redpath told BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
"It's been hard over the last couple of weeks for Jordi because I've wanted to get him on and Jonny has shown he's got potential when he's stepped up."
Pasqualin's five first-team appearances have all come as a replacement, while injuries have allowed May to make four starts in his eight appearances.
May scored a try at Leicester in February and feels he has been on a steep learning curve while playing at Welford Road, Adams Park and Franklin's Gardens.
"It's been a big test over the last few weeks to just be put into the first-team," May said.

"But I think I've come out of it with lots to work on and, relatively, I feel I've done quite well.
"If I can do that I can push on and have a good season next year and be more of a part of the first-team than I have this year, so that's really exciting for me."
May has also been named in the England Under 20 squad for this summer's world championships in Argentina, along with club team-mates Freddie Burns and Shaun Knight.
