Gloucester full-back Tom Voyce hailed his team's "fairytale" 31-29 win over Harlequins at The Stoop to send them through to the LV= Cup semi-finals.
Voyce snatched the cherry and whites' last-gasp fifth try which Tim Taylor converted to win the game.
"It was amazing, the team spirit is really something at the moment," he told BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
"To get that final try right in the last minute and to get Gloucester in the semi-finals is a massive thing."
Gloucester started poorly and were 20-0 down after 24 minutes but managed to harness their improved form for a thrilling fight back.
Gloucester are unbeaten in 2010 and have reached the quarter-finals of the Amlin Cup, and now the semi-finals of the LV Cup, after a disappointing start to the season.
Voyce feels Gloucester's improved form is a result of the strong team spirit in the camp.
"I said just before the game to all the boys that we've gone through a lot at the beginning of the season - that's probably brought us together a lot closer - and this is the business end of the season," he said.
"This is where you get into competition semi finals and win trophies - it counts now and the good thing is everyone stood up and we got the result we wanted."
