"We had a number of chances in the second half and we have got to take two or three more chances if we are going to continue to win and beat the better sides.
"However, three months ago we would have lost a game like this so not to play well and win is satisfying."
Redpath added: "A top-class goal-kicker is very important, Nicky [Robinson] missed a couple today.
"Due to weather conditions we have been unable to get on the pitch but it is essential that we take our simple kicks, today it didn't matter too much but it will in the future."
Worcester forwards coach Tony Windo:
"We were very ring rusty today and our execution wasn't up to scratch. We as coaches are partly to blame because we chose to rest our first-choice team for the last three weeks and it showed.
"However it is not possible to field our first-choice side every week due to the physicality of the game.
"The only positive aspect of our game was our defensive effort when Cracknell was in the sin bin."
