Premiership newcomers Exeter Chiefs have added to their front row by signing Argentine prop Ignacio Elosu. The 29-year-old joins the Chiefs from Italian champions Viadana, where he made four appearances in the Heineken Cup last term. Exeter head coach Rob Baxter said: "After watching some of his games from last season I felt he was a player who could add to our squad. "Ignacio is a good player who has the potential to improve." Baxter added: "Exeter Chiefs already have good experience of bringing in a prop from the Italian league after signing Hoani Tui last season. "I believe Hoani has improved as a player since joining us."
