Launceston boosted their slim survival hopes with a bonus point victory over Coventry at the Butts Park Arena.

Ben Hilton scored a hat-tick of tries for the visitors, with Ben Turner, Ryan Westren and Darren Semmens also crossing the whitewash.

Coventry's scorers were Dan Richards, Sam Herrington and Seb Pearson, with Richards kicking the extras.

The result moves Launceston onto 26 points only eight behind second-bottom Otley who lost 21-19 at Stourbridge.

However, the Cornish club remain 17 points adrift of safety, with seven games of the season remaining.
