Captain Fran Hunt played at scrum-half, scoring two tries

Vagabonds Ladies slipped to a fourth successive RFUW Championship loss with a 30-10 defeat at Darlington.

Missing several first-team regulars, two Fran Hunt tries had the Manx side level at 10-10 before the hosts took control.

"It was always going to be a big ask for us, but we went down fighting and I was very proud of the effort," said Vagabonds coach Darrin Cook.

The Isle of Man side will try to get their season back on track at Sheffield Ladies on Saturday, 19 February.
