Redruth fell to a disappointing defeat at the hands of a classy Rosslyn Park outfit at Priory Lane.

Tries from Mark Atkinson and Mike Baxter [2] gave the home side a 22-10 lead at the break.

The Reds briefly fought back in the second half with scores from Nick Simmmons and Paul Thirlby adding to Shaun Hawkey's first-half touchdown.

But Rosslyn Park kept their composure, Ned Edwards running in two further tries to make the game safe.

Ross Laidlaw kicked four conversions and a penalty for the home side, while Aaron Penberthy finished with two penalties and a conversion for the Reds.
