Redruth director of rugby Dave Penberthy believes his side have turned the corner in their fight against relegation from National One.
The Reds came from behind to defeat Blackheath last weekend, moving out of the relegation places in the process.
Penberthy told BBC Cornwall: "There's an air of confidence that's growing in the side now and people are enjoying playing rugby together.
"We've got a close bond and a great team spirit."
Next up for the Reds is a visit from London Scottish, who are second in National One.
"The task this weekend is going to be huge," said Penberthy.
"Their [London Scottish] financial status and their aims for the season are well documented in that they're looking to move into the Championship, and they've got the resources to support that.
"But with the weather being as it is at the moment, it's a great leveller and I'm sure they will have some concerns about coming down to us."
The Reds will be without full-back Jack Nowell for Saturday's encounter, the youngster being away at an England Under-18 training camp.
