Jersey narrowly overcame Dings Crusaders in Bristol to keep up the pressure at the top of the National Two South league table.

The win for the islanders means they stay in second spot behind leaders Ealing Trailfinders.

Steve O'Brien got Jersey's only try, with the rest of the points coming from the boot of Michael Le Bourgeois.

Former Jersey player Mitch Burton was amongst the the home side's scorers with two penalties.

The victory was Jersey's third league win in a row.
