Esher squad must stick together, says Sam Ulph

Esher full-back Sam Ulph says their squad must stick together to turn around their current run of form.

Esher are currently on a fun of seven Championship games without a win, and travel to Worcester on Saturday.

The 28-year-old told BBC Surrey: "We've had a conversation amongst the group that we've got to fix it.

"We've just seen a couple of close games slip by that we would have won. The hardest thing is maintaining belief and confidence in each other."

He added: "It was easy last year when we did that but I think we'll be able to do it in the second half of the season.

Esher lie 11th in the table and the former Wasps player thinks they need to play without fear when they travel to top-of-the-table Worcester.

"We've got nothing to lose," Ulph said. "Two years we went to Exeter and drew, which kick-started the back end of our season."
