Esher coach Mike Schmid backs players to finish eighth

Esher head coach Mike Schmid has backed his players to fulfil their goal of an eighth-placed finish.
Esher, who have lost three of their last four games in the Championship, welcome Doncaster Knights on Sunday.
Schmid told BBC Surrey: "We are always looking to improve ourselves and we've got to constantly drive that.
"We've chopped and changed a little bit more than I wanted to, we're trying to get back to a bit more continuity in selection if possible."
He added: "We've got to make sure whatever we're doing we're going forward from strength to strength."
After close games against Plymouth Albion and Rotherham Titans, Esher were on the end of a 54-6 defeat against Cornish Pirates last Sunday.
"The important thing for me is to get back on track and make sure the players are as motivated as can possibly be so we're getting performances every weekend," Schmid said.
"We want to stay in this league and we're working very hard to do that.
"We know it is very ambitions for a semi-pro side that trains twice a week to be in the top eight."
