Esher's Mike Schmid ready for 'difficult' Pirates trip

Esher head coach Mike Schmid says his side have nothing to lose when they face Cornish Pirates on Sunday.
Esher are without a win in three games whilst the Pirates beat top-of-the-table Worcester last weekend.
Schmid told BBC Surrey: "If we get our heads right and we start very well we're going to be in the game.
"It's always a difficult place to go but we have got nothing to lose. We'll chuck the ball about and see what we can get out of the game."
He added: "We have to make sure that we walk off the pitch every time with our heads held high."
Schmid has received a blow with the news that scrum-half Clive Stuart-Smith will be out of action for four months after damaging his anterior cruciate ligament.
"Clive was the man who came in with experience and was going to carry the mantle for us.
"He is one of the most motivated rugby players I have had to opportunity to work with.
"He has already volunteered for a number of different roles off the field.
