 The winner of the nationwide scheme will play at Twickenham
The final two places in the Tag 2 Twickenham scheme were decided on Tuesday as the northern qualifiers were played out at Ramsey Grammar School. Seven teams had already booked their place in the Isle of Man finals but the northern round was re-scheduled following last week's storms. The final came down to Ree Gorree A versus Ree Gorree B with the B team pulling off a shock 4-3 victory. Both team now progress to the all island finals on the 1 December. The nine finalists will now compete for the chance to be crowned the Isle of Man champion at the NSC on 1 December. The teams will be split into three pools with the winner and the best runner-up progressing to the semi-final stage. The Manx champions will then compete against the best 20 schools in England at the national finals at Rugby School in Warwickshire. The two finalists will play before an England international at Twickenham.
