Stourbridge scored two late tries to send Launceston crashing to defeat in National One on Saturday.

Launceston were the stronger of the two sides throughout and led 7-0 at the break after centre Ryan Westren went over for a converted try.

Mal Roberts and Cameron Brown exchanged penalties after the restart, giving Launceston a 10-3 advantage.

But with under five minutes left, tries from James Freeman and Charlie Hayter snatched victory for the home side.

Brown added a conversion and a second penalty to provide extra gloss to the win.
