A drop goal from Aaron Penberthy just before the final whistle gave Redruth their first win of the season against Rosslyn Park on Saturday. The Reds started brightly and led 15-11 at the break, with tries from Jack Nowell and Mark Bright. Rosslyn Park fought back in the second period, Ollie Lindsay-Hague and Chris Lewis scoring to put them in front. A second try from Bright kept the Reds in touch, allowing Penberthy to slot the ball over at the death for the win. Richard Davies notched up three penalties for the home side, while Lindsay-Hague scored two tries. As well as kicking the winning points, Penberthy slotted over two penalties and a conversion for the home side.
