Stephenson's four tries helped Blackheath beat Otley by 29 points
Blackheath made history in National League One after beating Otley 55-26 at Rectory Field.
The victory marked the first time the side have won four league games in a row from the start of the season.
Wing James Stephenson also became the first player from the club to score four tries in a game since Johnny Clarke in 1997.
Canterbury and Westcombe Park both lost in National League Two South, leaving Combe still without a win this season.
Gravesend lost at home to Ampthill, meaning they have won just one game since their promotion to National League Three South East.
Tonbridge Juddian are top of London League One after beating London Irish Amateur but Beckenham's win at Thanet Wanderers means they also have a 100% record.
Maidstone are up to third place in London League Two South East with a 24-14 win over Sevenoaks, Charlton Park remained unbeaten in London League Three South East by winning at home to Heathfield and Ashford, Lordswood and HSBC kept their unbeaten records by winning in Kent League One.
