Blackheath continued their perfect start to the season with a 28-17 victory at Redruth.
Sam Windsor scored twice but centre Sean Moan scored the decisive late try to ensure victory.
Performance director Yusuf Ibrahim described his side as "physically drained" after the match.
Canterbury lost for the first time at home to Jersey but Westcombe Park lost for the third game running, suffering a 41-18 defeat at Dings Crusaders.
Westcombe Park were not helped by traffic problems on the way to the game against Bristol based Dings Crusaders, but it was former Combe player Neil Dipple who did most of the damage with three tries.
Newly promoted Gravesend lost 37-17 at Dorking in National League Three South East. They have won one and lost two of their opening three games since going up as London League One champions.
Wins for Tonbridge Juddians and Beckenham mean they are both still unbeaten in London League One South.
Deal and Betteshanger, Old Elthamians and Sevenoaks all made it two wins out of two in London League Two South East.
Medway's 17-11 win over Folkestone means they still have a 100 percent record in London League Three, Ashford are top of Kent One after a 44-15 win at Whitstable and Guys' Hospital lead Kent Two after winning at Brockleians.
