Director of rugby Jon Hill departs Cornish All Blacks
Hill was only 25 when he took the top job at Polson Bridge
Launceston director of rugby Jon Hill has left the club after six years in charge at Polson Bridge.
The 31-year-old led the Cornish All Blacks to a third-placed finish in National One this season, picking up 21 wins along the way.
Hill told BBC Radio Cornwall: "I feel that now is the time for me to take on board a new challenge.
"It's been very difficult, but I've decided that it's time for a fresh voice at the club."
Cornish All Blacks assistant coach Keith Brooking has also departed from the club.
"It was two separate decisions," said Hill. "Keith informed me that he intended to leave and perhaps that's one of the reasons that I'm moving away.
"I'm leaving the club on good terms, I'm really proud of the achievements of the club over the last few years.
"I'm really grateful to the club for giving me the opportunity, which I guess on the face of it if you appoint a 25-year-old coach is a risk and hopefully I've repaid their faith."
Hill becomes the second Cornish coach to leave this season, following the departure of Redruth's Nigel Hambly.
