Plymouth Albion kept their play-off hopes alive with a bonus point win over Birmingham & Solihull on Saturday. Albion dominated the first half with tries from Liam Gibson, Keni Fisilau, Ben Mercer and Sione Tu'ipulotu putting them 31-7 up at the break. The Bees launched a comeback in the second half with Simon Hunt, Alex Davidson and John Brake all going over. But Albion held on and made sure of the win through a late try for prop George Porter, his first for the club. Fly-half Kieran Hallet converted four of Albion's tries, and also kicked a first-half penalty.
