Cornish Pirates fought back from 19-0 down to secure a stunning victory against Moseley. Chevvy Pennycook charged down a clearing kick and touched down in the first minute, before Tristan Roberts kicked four penalties for the hosts. Rhodri McAtee's try began the Pirates' revival after half time, with Rob Cook converting and adding two penalties. Nick Jackson's late try took the Pirates to within one point, with Cook's conversion securing the win. With Moseley trying to run down the clock as the game came to a close, the Pirates stole the ball and released Jackson who broke through the home side's defence to score. Full-back Cook duly kept his cool to slot home the winning conversion from wide on the right and claim victory for the Pirates.
