A Guernsey rugby union team could play regular international matches if a 10-year strategy is realised. The newly formed Guernsey Rugby Academy has created a decade-long plan for developing the game, with the help of Premiership club Leicester Tigers. Leicester Tigers community manager Scott Clarke said getting more people involved could lead to big things. "One idea in the plan for the future is for Guernsey to have an international representative side," said Clarke.
