Roberts first played for Launceston in the under-12s |
Launceston have bolstered their front row with two new signings ahead of next season in the newly-named National One. Hooker Sam Roberts rejoins the Cornish All Blacks after spending two years at Plymouth Albion in National One. Roberts played in the junior teams at Polson Bridge for several years before moving to Devon. The other signing sees tighthead prop Bruce Pow come in from local rivals Mounts Bay, who were relegated from National Two last season. Pow is the third player to move from Mounts Bay to Launceston this year, following in the footsteps of lock Ben Hilton and prop Tim Mathias.
