Launceston-bound Billy Moss has played for England at Under-20 level

Launceston have signed England Under-20s prop Billy Moss on a dual-registration deal from Bath.

The 20-year-old goes straight onto the bench for the Cornish All Blacks' National Trophy match against Birmingham & Solihull on Saturday.

"He is happy across the whole of the front row," Launceston joint-head coach Jon Hill told BBC Cornwall.

"He played alongside our other dual-registration from Bath, Scott Hobson in last years Under-20s World Cup."

Moss has also played for England Under-16s and 18s and is currently on a rugby scholarship at Exeter University.
