Plymouth Albion made hard work of their National One victory over Sedgley Tigers at Brickfields. In the end the home side won comfortably, but had to be on their guard against the Tigers. A flowing move saw wing Justin Mensah-Coker go over the line for the opening try, and Kieran Hallett added a second. Albion eventually took full control with Mike Denbee, Mensah-Coker again, and replacement Tom Jarvis securing the bonus point. "We seem to have got a reasonable structure in our game," director of rugby Graham Dawe told BBC Radio Devon. "Kieran Hallett's come in and taken over from Ross Laidlaw in the number 10 shirt and he seems to have given the team some good direction."
